Anna's passion for addressing social issues serves as the driving force behind her compelling narratives. Her migration and human-trafficking screenplay, Sink or Swim: The Perilous Journey, is a multi-award-winning docudrama that earned recognition, including the Best Narrative Feature and Best Actress categories at the 2017 Newark International Film Festival (U.S.)

Anna has thrived in writing numerous feature films and episodic projects for the Nollywood streaming service, iROKOtv. Her works include, but are not limited to, the drama Glass House and popular dramas like Greetings from Abroad and Touche. She is most recently celebrated for her feature film The Storm. Her episodic credits for the Akwaaba Magic Channel of sub-Saharan African direct broadcast satellite service DStv, include the sex-crime series Sevsu, the dramedy Woe to Men, the drama Weigh Up, and most recently, Market Queens; a sensational drama about market women.

Anna's writing journey encompasses a remarkable collection of stage plays for Ghanaian theater company Fiifi Coleman Productions, featuring compelling titles such as Caution: Women at Work, Fowls for Sale, and Still a Rose. Additionally, she has authored a self-published novel titled A Way Out.
